［Nov］The Linkou Center at New Taipei City's 'GTB Plaza / Startup Terrace A7' has officially opened, vertically integrating the MESA Village shopping mall, GTB Business Center, and the new residential brand GTB Residence.

［Jul］Taipei City Xinyi Dist-City Hall Center and Taipei City Neihu Dist-NeiHu Center II OPEN
［Nov］The Taichung City MESA Village shopping mall has opened, combining studio workshops, retail spaces, and a business center. This is the first business-retail hybrid space of its kind in Taiwan, located within a shopping mall.
